The service
LeadPilot AI provides lead management, follow-up reminders, analytics and AI-generated sales content. Messages are generated for you to review; LeadPilot does not send WhatsApp messages or emails on your behalf unless an integration that does so is explicitly connected.
Your account and data
You are responsible for your account credentials and for having a lawful basis to store and contact the leads you add. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Plans, billing and limits
Paid plans are prepaid monthly in INR via Razorpay and activate only after the payment is verified. Plan limits (leads and AI generations) are enforced automatically. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate. Review every message before sending it. You are responsible for the content you send to your contacts and for complying with WhatsApp, email and anti-spam rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use LeadPilot to send spam, harass people, or store data you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
