- How does billing work?
- Paid plans are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Each payment activates your plan for 30 days.
- What happens if I hit a limit?
- Nothing is deleted. You'll be asked to upgrade before adding more leads or using more AI generations that month.
- Does LeadPilot send WhatsApp messages for me?
- LeadPilot writes the message and opens WhatsApp with it pre-filled — you review and send it yourself. Nothing is sent without you.
- Can I import my existing leads?
- Yes. Upload a CSV, preview every row, and import the valid ones. Rejected rows are listed with the reason.
