What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, company), the lead and follow-up data you add to your workspace, and basic usage information needed to run and secure the service.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details; we store only order and payment reference IDs.

How we use it

To provide the service: storing your leads, scheduling reminders, computing analytics and generating AI content you request.

AI features send the relevant lead details to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the content you asked for.

With your consent where required, we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure sign-ups and purchases from our advertising. Personal identifiers sent to Meta are hashed.

Data isolation and security

Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security: one customer can never read another customer's data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your leads, follow-ups and AI history. Contact us to exercise any of these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or other applicable law.
